1. Our Services

Always In My Heart provides bespoke funeral stationery design, professional printing, and cinematic memorial film production. All services are subject to these terms.

2. Orders and Proofing

For stationery orders, a digital proof will be sent for your approval. It is the client's responsibility to check all spellings, dates, and details. Once a proof is approved in writing (via email or message), we cannot be held liable for any errors found after printing.

3. Lead Times and Delivery

Due to the time-sensitive nature of funeral services, we prioritise rapid turnaround. However, delivery dates are estimates. We use tracked courier services for all Warrington and UK-wide deliveries. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

4. Payments and Refunds

As our products are custom-made and personalised to your loved one, we cannot offer refunds once design work has commenced or printing has taken place, unless the product is physically defective.

5. Content and Copyright

By providing photographs or videos, you confirm that you have the right to use these images. We reserve the right to decline content that is of insufficient quality for our premium printing standards, though we will always attempt professional restoration first.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
